This presentation will introduce the Cree XLamp XT-E LED that leverages the latest generation of Cree’s proven and unique silicon carbide LED technology, give a brief summary of XT-E’s performance and detail the advantages of silicon carbide-based LEDs. The performance of XT-E versus the competition will be compared, illustrating how the XT-E enables optimal designs and lower system cost and XT-E performance in specific applications will be highlighted. The presentation will also detail XT-E’s characteristics, features, and order codes and will cross reference XT-E’s performance with that of the Cree XLamp XP-G and XM-L.
