Image of Broadcom's 5 mm Infra-Red Through-Hole LED Lamps Broadcom's HR5P-Nxxx-00000 series of 5 mm round IR LEDs are offered in industrial standard 5 mm through-hole lamps. These LEDs are easy to use and can be mounted on the printed circuit board (PCB) using a standard through-the-wave (TTW) process. These products are available in 850 nm and 940 nm peak wavelength as well as viewing angle ranging from 30° to 50°.
