Since these systems are designed to maximize yields for plants and animals, they require different metrics than lighting products designed around the human visual system. Cree LED delivers a wide range of spectral options and products optimized for these applications with leading efficiency and reliability. A combination of consistent package, footprint, and drive levels allows tuning of spectral content at the luminaire level to adapt the light exactly to the needs of various crops. Cree LED's highly reliable ceramic package technology delivers excellent R90/L90 lifetimes, even in extreme conditions.

    • Can be placed up to 40% closer to plants than standard LEDs, with up to 10% higher light levels and similar uniformity
  • XLamp Horticulture LED Upgrades
    • XLamp XP-G3 Photo Red S Line LED upgraded with up to 14% higher efficiency
    • XLamp XP-G3 Photophyll™ Select, XP-G3 Royal Blue, and XP-E2 Far Red LEDs are now available in S Line versions for excellent sulfur and corrosion resistance
