AP6535x and AP6545x DC-DC Buck Converter
Diodes introduces their AP6535x/AP6545x 3 A/4 A adaptive constant on-time (aCOT) synchronous DC-DC buck converters
Diodes' AP65352/3 and AP65453/4 are adaptive constant on-time (aCOT) mode synchronous buck converters providing high efficiency, excellent transient response, and high DC output accuracy for voltage regulation in digital TVs and monitors.
The aCOT control scheme handles wide input/output voltage ratios and provides a low external component count. The AP65352 and AP65454 stay in continuous conduction mode (CCM) for an improved EMI performance. The AP65353 and AP65453 support a seamless transition between continuous conduction mode (CCM) at higher load conditions and discontinuous conduction mode (DCM) at lighter load conditions for high efficiency.
The AP65352/3 and AP65453/4 operate at a fixed 650 kHz to achieve good output stability, featuring programmable soft-start, UVLO, OTP, high-voltage tolerance EN pin, and OCP to protect the circuit.
The AP65352/3 and AP65453/4 are available in an industry-standard SO-8EP package.
