ECS Inc. International’s ECS-TXO53-S3 is a series of surface mount Stratum 3 temperature compensated crystal oscillators (TCXOs). This family of TCXOs comes in a 5.0 mm x 3.2 mm x 1.80 mm multi-pad ceramic package that offers a frequency stability of ±280 ppb over the standard industrial operating temperature range of -40ºC to +85ºC. With the HCMOS output, multi-pad configurations, and standard frequencies between 10 MHz and 52 MHz, the ECS-TXO53-S3 provides excellent phase noise performance. It is ideal for femtocell, nanocell, and instrumentation applications.
