1/4 Inch Phone Jack Series

Io Audio Technologies' TJ series of ¼ inch phone jacks feature a slim design with a high packing density ‎and fit an 11.4 mm chassis cutout. The compact form factor of these connectors makes them perfect ‎for situations where ‎space saving is a priority or space for a connector is limited. These jacks feature black plastic housing with either a fully threaded nose or a half-threaded nose for design flexibility when ‎mounting on various panel thicknesses.

These jacks provide a three normally closed switched-contact design, making a perfect solution for ‎design-in ‎applications where the ‎termination method is to a printed circuit board, and independent ‎control of switched ‎contacts is needed.

The TJ series is suited for intercom systems, testing equipment, audio consoles, ‎pedals, ‎instruments, and other ‎applications. The series is available with 4 (TS) or 6 (TRS) horizontal, silver-plated pins for ‎improved corrosion ‎‎resistance and for extending the useful life of the connectors. Plastic mounting hardware (nuts and washer) is ‎included to assist in ‎mounting stability.
