High Voltage Dimmable LED Driver with PFC Control - IX9907 Series

IXYS, a Littelfuse Technology, offers phase-cut dimming and higher power factor correction (PFC) LED lighting applications to LED designers building off-line LED drivers. The IX9907 integrates a very efficient internal 650 V power MOSFET. This package design also includes multiple safety features such as undervoltage lockout, overvoltage protection, overtemperature protection, digital soft-start, foldback correction, and cycle-by-cycle peak current limiting.
