QPB1033 S-Band Switched-Filter Bank Modules

The Qorvo QPB1033 is an integrated S‑band switched filter bank covering 2,700 MHz to 3,300 MHz with six contiguous 100 MHz BAW filter channels and an internal bypass path. It integrates input/output switching and filtering into a single 6 mm surface‑mount module, simplifying RF front‑end design in tightly constrained systems.

Designed for fast band selection, the QPB1033 supports sub‑microsecond switching (480 ns) while maintaining high out‑of‑band rejection. Typical maximum insertion loss is 6.5 dB across the operating band, with ≥40 dBc attenuation measured 50 MHz from each sub‑band. This enables effective interference suppression in wideband or frequency‑agile receiver architectures.

The device is optimized for SWaP‑constrained platforms where size, integration, and RF performance must be balanced. By consolidating six filters, two switches, and a bypass into a single plastic overmold package, the QPB1033 reduces external component count, RF routing complexity, and alignment risk compared to discrete filter implementations.
