Image of SiTime's SiT5021 and SiT5022 MEMS OscillatorsSiTime’s SiT5021 and SiT5022 series are high-precision, programmable, differential oscillators that support LVPECL and LVDS output topologies. SiT5021 differential oscillators cover any frequency between 1 MHz and 220 MHz, and SiT5022 can be programmed from 220 MHz to 625 MHz. Both series have best-in-class RMS phase jitter of 0.6 ps. Unlike quartz or SAW-based traditional oscillators, the SiT5021 is available in any combination of voltage (2.5 V to 3.3 V), pull range, frequency stability (±5 ppm), and package (3225, 5032, 7050) options.

SiTime’s MEMS oscillators exhibit performance far greater than comparable crystals oscillators. SiTime has in-house MEMS and analog CMOS expertise, which allows SiTime to develop the most reliable products. Oscillators are available in plastic packages which are up to 54 times more immune to external electromagnetic fields than quartz oscillators. These MEMS oscillators are vacuum sealed using an advanced EpiSeal process, that eliminates foreign particles, which provides long term aging and reliability.
