STMicroelectronics ULP products increase battery lifetime in activity tracking devices
Based on innovative subthreshold technology, this STMicroelectronics series of ULP products increases battery lifetime in activity tracking devices by a factor of 7 compared with previous generations (enabling longer device use). Based on an Arm® Cortex®-M33 with extended memory (1 MB of Flash and 256 KB of SRAM), STM32U3 products support standard and extended industrial temperature (-40°C/+85°C and +105°C), making it the perfect choice for industrial applications. The STM32U385x product types offer cryptography features.
