Voltage References

STMicroelectronics offers a wide range of fixed and adjustable voltage references ranging from general-purpose, high-power shunts that are suitable for industrial, automotive, and SMPS applications to high-precision and low-consumption shunt and series devices that are suitable for battery-powered applications.

ST’s portfolio of precision voltage references includes the following:

• High-power, adjustable shunt references with a maximum cathode current of 100 mA and an adjustable output voltage from 0.6 V to 36 V
• Micropower shunt and series references which are dedicated to portable applications and offer a minimum cathode current (shunt) as low as 40 µA, minimum quiescent current of 5 µA (series), and an initial accuracy as good as 0.1%

The voltage references are available in SO-8, SOT23, SOT23-5L, SOT23-6L, and TO-92 packaging.
