AEC-Q200 Certified Cable Ferrites
Würth Elektronik’s automotive cable ferrites are ideal for multimedia cable interfaces and on-board power supply lines
Würth Elektronik offers AEC-Q200 certified ferrites for cable assembly used in automotive electronics. The AEC-Q200 cable ferrites are available in toroidal and axial versions and support low and high-frequency ranges.
The WE-TEMA series consists of toroidal EMI MnZn suppression ferrites with high permeability (6000 μ). The cable ferrites feature low-frequency EMI suppression below 5 MHz and are automotive AEC-Q200 Grade 0 (-50°C to +150°C).
The WE-TEFA series consists of toroidal EMI suppression ferrites with a ferrite core made of MgZn, which enhances the properties of EMI suppression in the middle-frequency range and, therefore, will attenuate the EMC interferences earlier, as compared to NiZn core versions.
The WE-AEFA series consists of axial EMI suppression ferrites with a ferrite core of NiZn, which works in a wide frequency range.
The WE-AENA series consists of axial EMI suppression nanocrystalline cable ferrites. These ferrites are a good solution for wide-range attenuation mode (see graph) and low filtering at low to middle frequencies (100 kHz to 100 MHz). They also feature a robust design and are AEC-Q200 Grade 1 (-40°C to +125°C).
WE-OEFA NiZn oval-shaped cable ferrite has a frequency range from 1 MHz to 100 MHz. The oval-shaped cable ferrite is AEC-Q200 qualified and automotive approved with an operating temperature of -55°C to +150°C. The WE-OEFA ferrite is perfect for on-board chargers, battery management systems, and inverters.
