The LTC2389-18 and LTC2389-16 support pin-configurable input ranges, allowing them to interface with multiple signal chain formats without requiring additional level translation or signal conditioning. For the highest SNR performance, the LTC2389-18 can be configured for fully-differential ±4.096V inputs. The fully-differential input range maximizes dynamic range and SNR and is ideal for applications that require the highest possible performance. The pseudo-differential unipolar 0 to 4.096V and bipolar ±2.048V analog input ranges enable lower power single-ended drive and benefit from the reduction of unwanted signals common to both inputs. The pin-configurable analog input range not only allows for design flexibility, it also enables sourcing and management of a single part number for different applications. Additionally, the integrated reference and reference buffer reduce the number of parts that need to be managed in an application.
