KRL Series Slide 10

Actual pulse shape was compared with or without the KRL series. Between the oscilloscope and the pulse generator, using SMA connector, control micro strip line or a KRL mounted test substrate were inserted. The pulse shape was compared between control and KRL on the oscilloscope. Because the KRL series has very low ESL, almost no difference is observed between the control (without KRL) and KRL in pulse shape. KRL9045 was used for this test.
