BL-DRV Series Brushless Motor Drivers

ISL Products' BL-DRV series brushless motor drivers provide exceptional motor controls for a variety of brushless motors. This series contains three drivers with different power outputs and current ratings. The series is available with a max power output including 120 W/8 A (BL-DRV-120), 300 W/15 A (BL-DRV-300), or 750 W/25 A (BL-DRV-750). These brushless motors are designed to operate over a wide input voltage range to accommodate various BLDC motors. The driver board input voltage range is 12 V_DC to 50 V_DC, model dependent.

The BL-DRV series is designed to control 3-phase BLDC motors with hall-effect sensors and a 4-pole or 8-pole internal construction. Designed to be adaptable, these drivers can drive most brushless motors from ISL Products as well as other BLDC motor manufacturers.

The convenient chassis-mounting points allow for easy integration and the compact size enables them to fit into most applications with ease. Each driver has an easy-to-read label identifying every port for a seamless connection with an adequate BLDC motor. The devices are equipped with removable screw terminal blocks for quick installation. The BL-DRV-120 and BL-DRV-300 are passively cooled, while the BL-DRV-750 has an integrated fan for heat dissipation.
