Nordic Semiconductor nPM1304 PMICs and corresponding evaluation kit bring power efficiency, flexibility, and intelligent system control to compact embedded applications. Whether users are prototyping wearables, biosensors, or other space-constrained designs, the nPM1304 delivers robust performance with minimal external components. The evaluation kit, paired with the Nordic intuitive PowerUP software, provides a code-free way to experiment with and configure the PMIC's features, including fuel gauging, watchdog, and dynamic battery profiling. All of this is delivered in a rugged yet tiny package, ready for development or deployment.

Two high-efficiency 200 mA DC/DC buck regulators (BUCK1/2)
Two 50 mA LDOs with optional load switches (LDO1/2, LS1/2)
Integrated 4 mA to 100 mA battery charger supporting Li-ion, LiPo, LiFePO4
USB Type-C® compliant power input with power path management
Precision fuel gauge and system-level watchdog
10-bit ADC for system monitoring and power-fail warnings

Ship mode, hibernate mode, and hard reset for 1 to 2 buttons
Five GPIOs, three LED drivers, and one button input
Supports configuration via I²C-compatible TWI interface
Operating range: -40°C to +85°C; QFN and WLCSP packaging options
Evaluation kit includes PowerUP GUI, USB-C ports, battery connectors, and onboard LEDs/pushbuttons
