Utilizing a single 5 V power supply and 145 mA of ICQ, the F1427 provides 35.5 dB of gain and +28 dBm OP1dB, supporting fast on-off switching for TDD systems.

The F1427 is packaged in a 3 mm × 3 mm, 16-VFQFPN package, with a differential 100 Ω input and single 50 Ω output impedances for ease of integration into the signal path.
