STMicroelectronics' evaluation board for the L6981NDR synchronous monolithic step-down regulator is designed for DC applications up to 1.5 A supplied from 12 V and 24 V industrial bus systems (3.5 V to 38 V input voltage range). The board delivers excellent peak efficiency and is very suitable for a wide range of applications involving high sensitivity, including precision sensing and wired or wireless data transmission.
