t-Global's PH3 series PH-3 is a thin heat spreader product line

Image of t-Global Technology's PH3 Heat Spreadert-Global Technology's PH-3 is a thin heat spreader product line. The line provides a low total cost of ownership approach to cooling ICs and other devices where restricted space precludes the use of conventional heatsinks. PH3 consists of a flexible copper foil between electrically insulating films. The polyester-based insulating film, is used to give a dielectric breakdown voltage of 3.5 kV. A high-strength acrylic PSA (pressure sensitive adhesive) is provided to give a strong bond to the component. When used correctly, PH3 can give a reduction in junction temperature of 10°C to 20°C.
