Image of Vishay's Enhanced isoCink+™ Rectifiers Vishay's isoCink+ rectifier incorporates an aluminum heat-sink which significantly reduces device operating temperature and increases current-handling (up to 45 A), without increasing package dimensions. Traditional case temperatures range over 164°C; these rectifiers have a case temperature of 155°C (10° lower) with the same current conditions.
