Enhanced isoCink+™ Rectifiers
Vishay enhanced isoCink+ bridge rectifiers offer low thermal resistance for space saving, high-current solutions in switchmode power supplies, home appliances, and audio/video equipment
Vishay's isoCink+ rectifier incorporates an aluminum heat-sink which significantly reduces device operating temperature and increases current-handling (up to 45 A), without increasing package dimensions. Traditional case temperatures range over 164°C; these rectifiers have a case temperature of 155°C (10° lower) with the same current conditions.
- Higher efficiency than standard bridge rectifiers; less power wasted
- Lower Pd means possible smaller heat sink and lower cost
