The VIPerPlus family already includes several members, and more products will be introduced regularly. Those available are in blue and products scheduled for future production/release are in green. The vertical axis shows the power output range while the horizontal axis shows the supported converter topologies. For quasi-resonant flyback converters, VIPer05, 15, 25 and 35 offer solutions from two to 15W under universal mains. For non-isolated buck, buck/boost or flyback converters, VIPer06, 16 and 26 offer solutions from 2W to 10W using fixed frequency PWM with jittering. VIPer06 is proposed for 2W applications as a replacement for inexpensive but very inefficient capacitive regulators. For fixed frequency isolated flyback converters, VIPer07, 17, 27, 28 and 37 offer cost-effective solutions for supplies up to 15W. All devices are available in DIP-7 and SO-16 packages.
