In order to avoid unnecessary inductance and reflection, there has been special consideration paid to the resistive pattern and trimming methods. However, in PAT, in order to create specified attenuation and impedance matching, trimming lines that could cause some reflection had to be used. In ATS, the rectangle resistive pattern is used as much as possible and the trimline is added so that the entire pattern width is reduced in order to adjust the resistance so that the line will not cause reflection.
