RGLL Thin Film Chip Resistor Slide 2

Commercially available thin film chip resistors are known to be more precise than thick film resistors. However, not all thin film chip resistors are made equal. Susumu’s RG series has been a well known high performance thin film chip resistor since its introduction. While most chip resistors are passivated by organic resin such as epoxy and silicon, the RG series is passivated using an inorganic barrier which seals the resistive element hermetically. No moisture or even oxygen can pass through the protective coating.
