The portfolio consists of 200 V hyperfast switching parts with optimized recovery time (trr) of 25 ns housed in CFP3 and CFP5 clip-bond packages. Offering a low voltage drop (VF @ IF max ~ 1 V) and low leakage current, also at high temperature of up to +175°C. All types are high-speed switching capable and AEC-Q101 qualified.
