Overview

Micro Commercial’s super junction high voltage MOSFET’s are using multi-EPI process, this makes the parts more robust and offer better EMI performance. These MOSFET’s can be used for voltages up to 650 V and allows maximum currents of 11 A and 20 A at RDS(ON) of 380 mΩ and 170 mΩ. With this series MCC extends its high-voltage portfolio with cost efficient high-performance components.
