Finally, the QG offers high performance and a rich feature set including a high-resolution A/D converter, multiple communication and timer options, and a temperature sensor. As with the QD series, the QG features the high-performance S08 core while still maintaining low power consumption. Additional features include its 4K or 8K of Flash, 512B of RAM, multiple serial communications and timers, and an internal clock source. Finally, the QG is housed in small 8-pin and 16-pin packages.
