Details of HCTI Design Kit

The HCTI design kit includes a variety of high current toroidal inductors. The HCTI inductance values range from 10 to 1000 µH, offering DC current range up to 20 A, and have very low DC resistance of 0.005 to 0.3 Ω. The HCTI series is vertically oriented for optimization of the PCB layout and self-shielding for low magnetic flux radiation, has a distributed air gap for high energy storage, offers high efficiency through reduced core loss, and operates down to lower temperatures compared to traditional laminated inductors.
