As previously noted, although the new SWF series of switch connector receptacles has a reduced footprint, its socket diameter is identical to that of the previous, and still very popular, SWD series. Therefore, there is no need for present users of existing Murata switch connectors (SWD) to replace their existing test probes, for either automated or manual operation.
