The chart on this slide shows many of the features and parameters of the STW81200 compared to three significant competitors. From a frequency range standpoint, the STW81200 has the widest frequency range of those compared, going up to 6 GHz. Also, the STW81200 has a wide supply voltage range compared to the other devices. Due to the integrated LDO voltage regulators, the STW81200 can operate from a single supply voltage of 3.0 V to 5.4 V. The STW81200 also has a feature allowing the use of an external VCO. The STW81200 has very good performance with low phase noise and noise floor.
